AIM Instrumentation Ltd.  has been established for over 35 years. The company was started by Jim Renshaw to position the business as the technology leaders in audiometric sales and service in Western Canada. AIM is considered to be a leader in the provision of hearing calibration and repair services.

In 1995, AIM Instrumentation Ontario Inc. was added to expand services to customers in Eastern Canada.

In  2005, AIM added a new dimension in the form of a dedicated sales company – AIM Technologies. The two companies work together in a combined effort to provide outstanding customer service.

Meet Our Team

Vikki MacKay, the CEO of the Company has managed finance and administration in the public sector and has extensive experience in private sector business.

Nick Liem, V.P. of Operations, is an experienced senior operations manager with a mechanical engineering background and a natural ability to initiate and grow strong businesses in a wide range of fields.

Jim Renshaw, V.P. of Engineering and company founder is a biomedical Technologist with a comprehensive wealth of industry knowledge and experience.  Jim has had a lifelong association with the development of the audiometric industry.  Seen here he shows off his favorite audiometer – born the same year he was (no hints!)

Scott Lawson, President of AIM Instrumentation Ontario, is one of this company’s founders. His extensive background in technical services combined with his dedication to meeting his customer’s needs, is key to this company’s success.

Mahsa Soufi, Sales Manager for AIM Technologies brings a wealth of knowledge with her background as a Biomedical Engineer.

Marissa Magcawas, Office Manager and Customer Service Representative for Western Canada.

David Lam, the electronics wizard who keeps the technical department running in Burnaby.

Joe Reynolds is our representative in Alberta.   Joe comes to AIM with a wide range of experience in     medical equipment calibration and service and has been working in the Edmonton area for over 15   years.
